PTV - Isetta
"Recently, a friend of mine; Luis Fernando Medina, an old motor journalist, explained me an illustrativa anecdote about the comparasion between PTV and Isetta. He didn't remember the year, it could have been on 1959 or 1960. He and a friend went on a trip with their girlfriends. Fernando drove his Isetta, and his friend Luis Patiño, a tv camera, his PTV 250. When they arrived at Entrepeñas marsh, in Guadalajara, they bet each other a meal in a race to Horche, a little village in the top of a hill. It was only five or six kilometers, but with a lot of curves. There were not a lot of traffic these days (not as today), and they went all the way one next to the other, forcing their engines as much as they could. The winner was Fernando, and the race finished when he saw his rival with his gearshift on the air. He drived so hard that he finally broke it".
